How will the pre-opening Initial Training and In-Restaurant Training for a Benihana franchise be determined?

The Initial Training is currently held at Benihana's principal place of business, while the In-Restaurant Training takes place at another Benihana Restaurant, although these locations can change at Benihana's discretion.
