- (g) General. Your web pages or website will not have a separate domain name of its own but will be a subdirectory under our domain name, without our prior written consent. We may modify the format or content of your web pages or website periodically without prior notice to you. We intend to make any changes that are required by law promptly. We intend to make all other requested changes when we update your web pages or website, which need not be more than once a year. All modifications, design work and programming coding we do will be a derivative work, owned by us. As such, we will have the right to post a copyright notice in our name on all of your pages in your web pages or website. You may make 1 print copy of your web pages or website for your internal use. Any other copying, redistribution, retransmission or publication of any downloaded material is prohibited without our prior written consent.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally not allowed to have a separate domain name for their web pages or website. Instead, the franchisee's online presence will typically be a subdirectory under Annex Brands' main domain name. However, a franchisee may be able to obtain their own separate domain name with Annex Brands' prior written consent.
Annex Brands retains control over the format and content of the franchisee's web pages or website and may modify it periodically without prior notice. All modifications, design work, and programming coding done by Annex Brands are considered derivative works owned by them, allowing them to post a copyright notice in their name on the franchisee's web pages or website.
While franchisees can make one print copy of their web pages or website for internal use, any other copying, redistribution, retransmission, or publication of downloaded material is prohibited without Annex Brands' prior written consent. Franchisees are also required to notify Annex Brands of any website that features or lists them in their capacity as a franchisee and to keep them informed of any new websites as they periodically list the franchisee's business.
