In addition to our website, we may establish a private Intranet area, newsgroups, bulletin boards, or libraries for our franchisees that can be accessed only by means of user names and passwords.
We intend to provide support to our franchisees through this Intranet, private newsgroups, bulletin boards, and libraries and will allow for a dynamic means of electronic communication among franchisees.
Franchisee agrees to monitor the Intranet, newsgroups, bulletin boards, and libraries on a regular basis.
Our Intranet, these newsgroups, the bulletins and our libraries are intended to be accessible only to us and our franchisees, not to the general public.
We may monitor the newsgroups and any email sent, uploaded or accessed using the user name and password referred to in Section 3.
We will remove any content that does not comply with our Internet Code of Conduct.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Intranet newsgroups, bulletins boards, and libraries without terminating this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Annex Brands maintains an Intranet area for franchisees, accessible via usernames and passwords, to provide support and facilitate communication. Franchisees are expected to regularly monitor the Intranet.
Annex Brands retains the right to monitor the newsgroups and any email sent, uploaded, or accessed using the provided usernames and passwords. The company states that it will remove any content that does not comply with its Internet Code of Conduct.
Additionally, Annex Brands may terminate or suspend a franchisee's access to the Intranet newsgroups, bulletin boards, and libraries without terminating the Franchise Agreement itself. This allows Annex Brands to control the content and ensure compliance with their standards, while also providing a means of recourse if franchisees violate the Internet Code of Conduct.
