According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the technology services fee is currently $16 per week. This fee is due each Tuesday, after the close of business, for the previous week ending Saturday. This payment schedule begins after you open your retail center, assume operation of an existing retail center by transfer, or convert an existing business to a retail center.
The technology services fee covers support for the system Internet, Intranet communications, website and sales tracking and reporting system, and up to two retail center email addresses. Annex Brands requires that franchisees pay this fee via automatic bank draft.
In addition to the standard technology services fee, Annex Brands also charges fees for customized web pages or websites, additional retail center email addresses, and e-commerce services. These fees are due 10 days after the invoice for customized web pages or websites and e-commerce services. Additional email addresses are charged $7 per week and are due each Wednesday. These fees are also paid via automatic bank draft. Annex Brands may change these fees with 15 days' notice.
