What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the site selection assistance they provide is subject to the availability of their personnel. Specifically, Annex Brands will assist franchisees in selecting a site, but this assistance is contingent upon personnel availability and is provided only at the franchisee's request.
This condition means that a prospective Annex Brands franchisee might not receive immediate or comprehensive site selection support if the company's personnel are stretched thin or occupied with other tasks. The franchisee should be prepared to take a proactive role in the site selection process and possibly seek external assistance if Annex Brands's personnel are not readily available.
It is important for potential franchisees to discuss the implications of this personnel availability clause with Annex Brands during their due diligence. Understanding the typical turnaround time for site selection assistance and the factors that could affect personnel availability will help the franchisee plan accordingly and mitigate potential delays in opening their retail center. This also applies to assistance in opening the retail center, which is also subject to personnel availability.
