We do no installation. Our designated contractor or an approved substitute contractor installs the retail center package, and also may install interior and exterior signage (see Item 5).

According to the 2025 Annex Brands Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands itself does not handle the installation of the retail center package. Instead, Annex Brands designates a contractor or approves a substitute contractor to perform the installation. This includes the installation of the retail center package, as well as interior and exterior signage.
Annex Brands will provide franchisees with the names of approved suppliers for equipment, signage, fixtures, and inventory. Currently, Annex Brands is the only approved supplier for the retail center package and the proprietary PostalMate POS network software.
