Is Annex Brands required to maintain a corporate website?

According to Annex Brands's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands is not required to maintain a corporate website. However, Annex Brands may choose to maintain a corporate website on the Internet to advertise and promote its franchise system, along with the products and services marketed by both Annex Brands and its franchisees. The content of any such website is at the sole discretion and control of Annex Brands.

In addition to a corporate website, Annex Brands has the option to establish a private Intranet area, newsgroups, bulletin boards, or libraries for its franchisees. These resources would be accessible only through usernames and passwords, providing a platform for electronic communication and support among franchisees. Franchisees are expected to regularly monitor these internal communication channels.

If Annex Brands establishes an Intranet, franchisees will receive usernames and passwords to access it, along with email and website portals. Annex Brands may change these passwords periodically with prior written notice, or without notice if a security compromise is suspected. Franchisees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to the Intranet. Franchisees are also required to notify Annex Brands of any websites that feature them as franchisees and to keep Annex Brands informed of any new websites that list them.
