What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands covers the salaries and other charges for their personnel's time during additional on-site training. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering other costs associated with the additional training.
Specifically, if a franchisee requests additional on-site training beyond the initial training, they may be required to pay Annex Brands a daily fee, which is currently $300 per person. In addition to this daily fee, the franchisee must also cover Annex Brands' costs for transportation, lodging, and meals for the personnel providing the training.
This arrangement means that while Annex Brands bears the cost of their employees' salaries, the franchisee is responsible for the direct expenses incurred to provide the additional training at their location. This could potentially become a significant expense for franchisees needing extra support beyond the initial training period.
