We will designate a contractor for your use who is familiar with our requirements. If you use our designated contractor, you must pay us up to about $90,000 for construction services for a new standard or flex retail center, or up to about $60,000 for construction services for a conversion standard or flex retail center, or up to about $50,000 for a new express retail center.
