What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, Annex Brands states that it has no parent or predecessor companies. However, the company has acquired franchise assets and programs from several companies, including PMCA (Pak Mail Centers of America, Inc.), Eagle Franchise Systems, Inc. (Parcel Plus), Amailcenter Franchise Corporation (AIM Mail), and Navis Logistics Management, Inc. (Navis Pack & Ship, Handle With Care Packaging Store). These acquisitions have expanded Annex Brands' portfolio of brands and services. PMCA is listed as an affiliate of Annex Brands.

Annex Brands acquired PMCA on April 20, 2016. PMCA, a Colorado corporation, had been offering franchises and area development agreements under the trade name Pak Mail since January 1984. Similarly, on October 31, 2014, Annex Brands acquired assets from Eagle Franchise Systems, Inc., which previously purchased franchise assets from Parcel Plus, Inc. Eagle offered franchises under the Parcel Plus trade name from July 2000 to October 2014, while PPI offered them from 1988 to July 2000.

Furthermore, on August 11, 2011, Annex Brands acquired Amailcenter Franchise Corporation (AFC), which had been franchising under the AIM Mail and AIM Mail Centers names since 1987. On January 18, 2011, Annex Brands acquired Navis Logistics Management, Inc. (NLM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Navis Logistics Network, Inc. (NLN). NLN is also the parent company of The Packaging Store, Inc., whose assets Annex Brands acquired on September 4, 2007. These acquisitions demonstrate Annex Brands' growth strategy through acquiring existing franchise systems and incorporating them into its portfolio.
