During the operation of your retail center, we will:

Operating Manuals; Training Manual
- Our Operating Manuals contain both mandatory standards, specifications, policies and procedures (sometimes referenced as "standards and specifications"), and non-mandatory guidelines and recommendations, for the development and operation of your retail center.
As of September 30, 2024, our Operating Manuals covered the following subjects:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Annex Brands will provide franchisees with updates to their manuals during the operation of their retail center. These manuals contain the standards, specifications, policies, and procedures for operating an Annex Brands retail center. The manuals include both mandatory standards and non-mandatory guidelines.
Annex Brands' operating manuals cover a range of subjects relevant to running a standard, flex, or express retail center. As of September 30, 2024, the Basic Retail Center Operating Manual consists of two volumes.
Because Annex Brands may periodically update their policies and procedures in the manuals, it is important for franchisees to stay informed of any changes to ensure compliance and maintain consistent brand standards. Franchisees should regularly review the updated manuals and any related communications from Annex Brands to remain current with the latest operational guidelines.
