During the operation of your retail center, we will:
- Provide you with continuing and advanced training and assistance (franchise agreement, Subsections 4.A and 4.B).

- Provide you with updates to our Manuals (franchise agreement, Subsection 4.C).

- Provide you with merchandising, marketing, record keeping, operating and other data and advice (franchise agreement, Subsections 4.B and 10.A).

- Administer a system-wide marketing fund, in our sole discretion (franchise agreement, Subsection 10.A).
We may delegate any of our obligations to any regional licensee for your brand and geographic area.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands will provide franchisees with continuing and advanced training and assistance during the operation of their retail center. Annex Brands may delegate these obligations to a regional licensee.
In addition to ongoing training, Annex Brands will provide franchisees with updates to their manuals, merchandising, marketing, record keeping, operating data, and advice. Annex Brands also administers a system-wide marketing fund. Franchisees are required to participate in marketing programs, including a new center/new owner marketing program that requires a deposit of at least $5,500.
Annex Brands also offers optional training programs and may require principals or personnel to complete training programs and refresher courses. Franchisees are responsible for covering transportation, lodging, meal expenses, wages, and employee benefits for themselves and their personnel for any required refresher courses and optional training programs.
