What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Annex Brands's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, national conventions are held approximately every 10 to 18 months. Franchisees and their designated personnel are required to attend the full program and stay at the designated hotel during each national convention.

Annex Brands charges a national convention registration fee per person attending, along with a national convention hotel fee covering one room during the convention dates. Franchisees are responsible for travel and incidental expenses for themselves and their personnel. The franchisee is also responsible for any additional rooms beyond the one covered by the hotel fee.

To help cover these costs, Annex Brands collects national convention participation deposits of $25 per week. These deposits are collected each Tuesday and are applied towards the registration and hotel fees for the next national convention. If the accrued deposits are insufficient, Annex Brands has the right to debit the franchisee's bank account for the difference. If a franchisee fails to attend the full program or stay at the designated hotel, any accrued deposits will be forfeited to Annex Brands.
