When is the management fee due to Annex Brands after I receive the invoice?

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if you request special field assistance, the fee is currently $300 per day per person, plus expenses. This special field assistance fee, if required, is due 10 days after the invoice date. You must also pay Annex Brands' out-of-pocket expenses.
Additionally, if Annex Brands builds customized web pages or a website for you, or provides e-commerce services, the fees for these services are due 10 days after the invoice date. These fees are separate from the technology services fee, which covers standard web pages included in the technology services.
It is important to note that all fees payable to Annex Brands are uniformly imposed and are nonrefundable unless otherwise specified. Also, Annex Brands requires payment by automatic bank draft for all fees.
