Does Annex Brands loan the Manuals and other catalogs and materials?

According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands provides the Manuals and any other catalogs and materials that they may select, on loan, to the franchisee before the retail center opens. This is part of the assistance Annex Brands provides before the franchisee opens their retail center. This is a benefit to the franchisee because they do not have to purchase these materials.

These manuals are essential for understanding the operational standards, specifications, policies, and procedures necessary for running an Annex Brands retail center. The manuals also include non-mandatory guidelines and recommendations. As of September 30, 2024, the Operating Manuals cover basic retail center operations in two volumes for standard, flex, and express retail centers.

During the operation of the retail center, Annex Brands will provide updates to the manuals. The franchisee is responsible for adhering to the standards outlined in these manuals to maintain the quality and consistency of the Annex Brands brand. The franchisee must also spend a minimum monthly amount for ongoing local retail center marketing, advertising, and promotional programs, as designated in the manuals.
