What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, if Annex Brands establishes a website, it will prepare and post a designated area on its website to promote a franchisee's center. This website will be accessible without charge to anyone with internet access. However, franchisees must obtain prior written consent from Annex Brands before maintaining another website.

Annex Brands may offer franchisees the option to customize their standard web pages or create a customized website. If a franchisee requests customization services, Annex Brands will not begin any design or programming work that entails additional charges without the franchisee's prior written approval. Once the franchisee agrees, Annex Brands will charge its then-current rate for design or programming services and may also charge an annual fee for maintaining the customized website.

Annex Brands owns all rights to advertising space on a franchisee's web pages or website and may include advertising or promotions of third-party websites that it deems desirable. Annex Brands may also link a franchisee's web pages or website to other approved websites, potentially conditioning such linking on the reciprocal linking of those websites back to Annex Brands' website. Franchisees must notify Annex Brands of any websites that feature or list them as a franchisee.
