retail center includes fixtures (counters, slat walls, accessories for slat walls, carton walls, mailbox holders, cabinetry, trim, etc.), mailboxes, package lockers, and flooring. You must pay all of the cost when placing your order. This cost is payable before or during construction, is non-refundable, and varies based on the type and amount of fixtures and equipment needed.
