Franchisee agrees to operate the Center in full compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, industry standards, and certification requirements, including federal laws such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, National Labor Relations Act and Americans with Disabilities Act, and laws and regulations governing matters such as occupational hazards, zoning, construction, business licensing, fictional business names, health, sanitation, safety, minimum wages, overtime, working conditions, workers' compensation insurance, unemployment insurance, discrimination, consumer protection, trade regulation, data protection and data breaches, environmental protection, and the withholding and payment of income, social security, sales, use, property and other taxes.
