- 11.4 End User will use its own equipment ("End User Equipment") or, if available, equipment provided by Master Licensee ("Master Licensee Equipment") for use in accessing the Program or in connection with the Product.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the End User, or franchisee, will use their own equipment or equipment provided by Annex Brands to access the Program. This equipment will be used in connection with the Product. Annex Brands disclaims any responsibility for ensuring compatibility between the Product and any equipment or software not specified by them. They also do not provide any guarantees regarding the capabilities of non-specified equipment or software when used with the Product.
Annex Brands specifies that franchisees must acquire approved computer hardware, software, Internet access, and related accessories as detailed in the franchise agreement, manuals, or other written communications. These items must be purchased or leased from suppliers approved or designated by Annex Brands, which may include Annex Brands itself or its affiliates.
The franchisee is responsible for providing any necessary assistance to integrate their computer systems with Annex Brands' systems, allowing Annex Brands to access data from the franchisee's systems. All costs associated with installing or purchasing the specified equipment, software, and licenses, including delivery costs, are the sole responsibility of the franchisee. Franchisees must use Annex Brands' proprietary software and manuals for operating their center and maintain the data as prescribed by Annex Brands.
