What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands retains the right to delegate its obligations to a regional licensee for your specific brand and geographic area. This means that some of the support and services you might expect directly from Annex Brands could instead be provided by a regional licensee.
This delegation could impact various aspects of your franchise operation. For example, Annex Brands states that both they and any regional licensee for your brand and geographic area will assist you in preparing for initial training, and provide initial and other training to you. Also, if there is a regional licensee with responsibility for the geographic area where your retail center is located, it may provide some or all training or instruction to you, either personally or through its personnel.
Additionally, a multi-member Advertising Association may be administered by a regional licensee if one exists for your geographic area. It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand that Annex Brands has the right to delegate responsibilities to a regional licensee, and to inquire about the specific roles and responsibilities of any regional licensee in their area to fully understand the support structure and operational dynamics.
