| (1) At a time when our personnel are available, we will provide on-site initial training at your retail center for up to 4 days for new franchisees and 1 day for transfers or existing franchisees at no charge to you. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands provides initial on-site training at the retail center for new franchisees for up to 4 days and for transfers or existing franchisees for 1 day at no charge. However, if additional training is required after the initial on-site training, Annex Brands may require the franchisee to pay a daily fee.
The daily fee for additional training is currently $300 per person. In addition to the daily fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs of transportation, lodging, and meals for the Annex Brands personnel providing the training.
Annex Brands will cover the salaries and other charges for their personnel's time. This additional training is provided at a time when Annex Brands personnel are available, and it is offered at the franchisee's request.
