What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands covers the salaries and other charges for their personnel's time when providing additional training. However, this coverage is conditional. Annex Brands may require the franchisee to pay a daily fee of $300 per person, plus cover the costs of transportation, lodging, and meals for the Annex Brands personnel providing the training. This applies if the franchisee requests additional training beyond the initial on-site training and when Annex Brands personnel are available.

This means that while the franchisee won't directly pay the salaries of Annex Brands' trainers, they may incur significant expenses related to bringing those trainers to their location. The $300 per person daily fee, along with travel, lodging, and meals, can add up quickly, especially if multiple personnel require additional training.

It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in these potential costs when budgeting for ongoing training and support. Franchisees should discuss with Annex Brands the circumstances under which additional training might be necessary and how to minimize these associated expenses. Understanding the availability of Annex Brands personnel and planning training needs in advance can help manage these costs effectively.
