What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Annex Brands's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Annex Brands has the right to charge franchisees a fee for refresher training courses, national conventions, regional meetings, or optional training programs. This applies to previously trained franchisees, experienced managers, and new managers or personnel who are required to attend periodic training courses, whether online or at designated locations.

This policy means that franchisees may incur additional costs for ongoing training and development throughout the term of their franchise agreement. These costs are separate from the initial training fees and other fees associated with opening a new franchise location. The fees could vary depending on the type of training, the location, and other factors determined by Annex Brands.

As a prospective franchisee, it is important to understand the potential costs associated with these refresher training courses and to factor them into your financial projections. You should inquire with Annex Brands about the frequency and estimated costs of these training programs to get a clear picture of the ongoing investment required to maintain and improve your franchise operations.
