If Franchisee is in full compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and all other agreements between Franchisee and Franchisor or any of its affiliates, Franchisor will not operate, nor will it grant a franchise for the operation of, another Center of the same type as specified in Attachment 3 to be located within the Protected Area described in Attachment 3. In addition, to the above:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Annex Brands' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Commercial Logistics Center can act as a support facility for a standard retail center. Additionally, a standard retail center or flex center can be located within the territory of a Commercial Logistics Center.
Annex Brands defines a "Commercial Logistics Center" as a commercial logistics business operating under a brand name controlled by Annex Brands, such as Navis Pack & Ship, Handle with Care Packaging Store, or Pak Mail Freight. These centers specialize in custom packaging and shipping for items that are difficult to ship, such as art, antiques, computers, electronics, machinery, musical instruments, and office equipment. They typically operate from full-size, commercial warehouse-type facilities located in light-industrial areas and focus on the business-to-business market segment.
It is important to note that Annex Brands franchisees do not receive marketing exclusivity within their protected area. All centers and Commercial Logistics Centers can solicit and service clients and advertise their products and services to anyone, regardless of geographic location, including locations within a franchisee's protected area, subject to any restrictions in their own franchise agreements.
