According to the 2025 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchise Disclosure Document, the National Account Service Agreement is among 1-800-GOT-JUNK? LLC (referred to as "Franchisor"), 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Commercial Services (USA) LLC (referred to as "Commercial Services"), and the franchisee of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise system (referred to as "Franchisee").

This agreement facilitates the establishment of National Accounts, which are agreements with entities that have multiple locations across different territories within the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? system. These accounts benefit participating franchisees by leveraging the brand's national presence. The franchisor is authorized to negotiate and manage these National Accounts on behalf of the entire system.
