Is 1-800-GOT-JUNK? obligated to introduce franchisees to third-party financing sources?

According to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is not obligated to introduce franchisees to third-party financing sources. However, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? may, at its discretion, introduce potential franchisees to third-party financing sources that may offer financing options if the franchisee meets their qualifications.

1-800-GOT-JUNK? does not generally offer direct financing to franchisees, but it may allow some franchisees to pay the initial franchise fee in monthly installments without interest, provided payments are made on time.
