Provided that you are in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement and have not committed stated defaults, you will have the right to renew your franchise, under the following conditions: you give written notice of your right to renew; you meet our then-current requirements for franchisees; you sign our current form of Franchise Agreement, which may contain terms and conditions that are materially different from your current agreement; pay renewal fee; upgrade vehicles.
