Credit Cards and Other Methods of Payment.

Franchisee shall maintain arrangements with Visa, American Express, MasterCard and additional or replacement credit card and debit card issuers or sponsors nominated by Franchisor from time to time, in order that the Franchised Business may accept customers’ credit cards and debit cards.

Franchisee shall also accept checks and other commercially reasonable methods of payment.

Whenever Franchisor designates a new payment system or financial institution for the System, Franchisee agrees to adopt and accommodate such changes promptly at Franchisee’s sole expense.
