Moreover, intentional falsification or misrepresentation of information provided to 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, engaging in misleading advertising or operating in a dishonest, illegal, or unethical manner, suspension or revocation of the operating license, and failure to rectify any order issued by a government or regulatory authority are also non-curable defaults.
Finally, if the Principal Operator fails to complete initial training, engages in conduct or offenses that harm the goodwill of the System, repudiates the Franchise Agreement, or causes consequences where they cannot rectify any material term, condition, covenant, provision, or obligation, these are also considered non-curable defaults that may lead to termination. A prospective franchisee should carefully consider these conditions, as they represent significant risks that could result in the loss of their franchise.
