trademarks we mean primary trademarks, service marks, names, logos, and commercial symbols used to identify your Franchised Business. There are no other agreements currently in effect which significantly limit our rights to use or license the use of such trademarks, service marks, trade names, logotypes or other commercial symbols in any manner material to the Franchised Business.

According to the 2025 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Franchise Disclosure Document, principal trademarks are defined as the primary trademarks, service marks, names, logos, and commercial symbols used to identify a franchised business. 1-800-GOT-JUNK? licenses franchisees the right to operate under the "1-800-GOT-JUNK?" name and may allow the use of other current or future system trademarks. However, franchisees cannot sublicense any of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?'s trademarks to others.

The rights to offer and sell licenses, including the right to use the principal trademarks, are licensed to 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by Rubbish Boys. This license agreement is set to expire in 2057 but could terminate earlier if 1-800-GOT-JUNK? fails to pay royalties, becomes bankrupt, or breaches the agreement by misusing or attempting to transfer the license. If this agreement terminates, franchisees may be required to stop using the trademarks.
