Upon the completion of the Term, or a renewal term as the case may be, if you are in compliance with this Agreement and meet other conditions for renewal, you may enter into a new contract, on the then current form of the Franchise Agreement. We will neither change your Territory nor Royalty rate in your renewals. The current form will not contain any changes of a material nature without your consent. If you wish to renew this Agreement, you must: notify us in writing at least 90 days before the expiration of this Agreement; and execute a general release of all claims you may have against us in our then current form.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may be able to renew their franchise agreement upon completion of the current term if they meet certain conditions. To renew, the franchisee must be in compliance with the existing agreement. This means the franchisee must have adhered to all the operational standards, paid all required fees, and otherwise fulfilled their obligations as outlined in the franchise agreement.
In addition to being in compliance with the agreement, the franchisee must also meet other, unspecified conditions for renewal. The franchisee is required to notify Zoomin Groomin in writing at least 90 days before the expiration of the current agreement if they wish to renew. This advance notice allows Zoomin Groomin to assess the franchisee's eligibility for renewal and prepare the necessary documentation.
Finally, the franchisee must execute a general release of all claims they may have against Zoomin Groomin, using the franchisor's then-current form.
