Operations Manual:
Our Operations Manual ("Manual") will be provided in digital format through a web-based portal. The Manual along with all other information posted on our web-based portal is confidential and remains our property. The Manual contains a total of approximately 532 pages (the "Page Count") which includes: webpages, PDF files, template files, images, video recordings, and audio recordings. Exhibit D contains a Table of Contents and screenshot of our web-based portal.
