What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, remote assistance is provided without charge. Zoomin Groomin offers additional support via phone, video conference, and webinar at no cost to franchisees. This can be a significant benefit, as it allows franchisees to access expert help without incurring extra expenses.

However, if a Zoomin Groomin franchisee requires on-site assistance, they will be responsible for covering per diem travel costs. These costs include transportation, lodging, and meals for the support personnel. This distinction between remote and on-site assistance is important for franchisees to consider when budgeting for potential support needs.

The table in Item 6 of the 2025 FDD also lists "Additional Assistance" with an amount of "$0" and the remarks section states "A fee is only charged if you request non-standard assistance." This reinforces that standard remote support is free, but non-standard requests may incur a charge. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand what constitutes "non-standard assistance" to avoid unexpected fees.
