You and any General Manager working for you must attend and successfully complete our Initial Franchisee Training at least one-week before you may operate the Franchised Business. We do not charge for Initial Training, but you must pay for any travel and living expenses to attend.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Zoomin Groomin Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee intends to have a General Manager operate the Franchised Business, that General Manager must complete the Initial Franchisee Training. This training must be completed at least one week before the Franchised Business begins operations.
Zoomin Groomin does not charge a fee for the Initial Training; however, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by the General Manager while attending the training. This ensures that the General Manager is properly equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold Zoomin Groomin's standards and operational procedures.
In addition to the initial training, the General Manager may also be required to attend advanced or refresher training courses. These courses may be conducted either electronically or in person, as determined by Zoomin Groomin. This ongoing training helps to keep the General Manager updated on any changes to the Zoomin Groomin system, new technologies, or best practices in the mobile pet grooming industry.
