What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to have specific computer hardware. The required hardware includes a desktop computer with a monitor, internet access, a printer/scanner, and an iPad or tablet with cellular capability. Zoomin Groomin franchisees must also comply with the software specifications outlined in the Operations Manual.
These hardware and software items can be purchased for under $1,500. Franchisees are responsible for maintaining their computer systems in good working order and must replace, update, or upgrade their hardware systems as required by Zoomin Groomin. The estimated annual cost of optional or required maintenance, updating, upgrading, or support contracts to the computer systems is approximately $300.00.
Zoomin Groomin requires independent access to the information generated or stored in the franchisee's computer systems, including customer, transaction, and operational information. Franchisees must provide unrestricted and independent electronic access to their computer systems, information, and security camera systems at all times. Zoomin Groomin has the right to review business operations in person, by mail, or electronically, and to inspect operations and obtain paper and electronic business records related to the Franchised Business.
