What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Zoomin Groomin Franchise Disclosure Document excerpts provided, there is no Minnesota addendum included. However, addenda for Virginia, Illinois, and North Dakota are present. The Virginia addendum states that the initial franchise fee is deferred until Zoomin Groomin has completed its pre-opening obligations. The Illinois addendum also states that the collection of all initial fees is deferred until Zoomin Groomin has satisfied its pre-opening obligations and the franchisee has commenced business, a requirement imposed by the Illinois Attorney General's Office due to the franchisor's financial condition.

Since a Minnesota addendum is not included in the provided excerpts, it is not possible to determine whether Zoomin Groomin defers the receipt of the initial franchise fee in Minnesota based solely on this document.

A prospective franchisee in Minnesota should specifically ask Zoomin Groomin about any addenda applicable to their state and whether there are specific regulations regarding the payment of the initial franchise fee. This information is crucial for understanding the financial obligations and the timing of payments when starting a Zoomin Groomin franchise in Minnesota.
