What is Mark C. Johnson's role within Zoomin Groomin?

According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Mark C. Johnson is listed as an Area Representative. Area Representatives for Zoomin Groomin recruit and support unit franchisees. In exchange for their services, Area Representatives receive a portion of the initial franchise fee and ongoing royalties.

It is important to note that Area Representatives do not have management responsibilities related to the franchise, except for those individuals specifically identified in Item 2 of the FDD. As of December 31, 2024, there were 46 franchised area representative outlets in operation.

A prospective franchisee should be aware that an area representative may have rights over their territory when they sign a Franchise Agreement or during the term of the agreement. Zoomin Groomin will provide a roster of all current area representatives upon request.
