According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an electronic signature on the Guaranty will be considered valid and carry the same legal weight as a physical signature. The Guaranty remains in effect throughout the term of the franchisee's franchise agreement, including any renewals or extensions. Subsequent agreements and credit applications will not alter, supersede, or otherwise modify this Personal Guaranty.
