You must operate the Franchised Business according to the then current Manual.
B. Modification
We may modify the Manual to adjust for competitive changes, technological advancements, legal requirements, and continuous improvement. You will implement those changes as if they were present when you signed this Agreement. However, revisions to the Manual will not unreasonably affect your obligations, including economic requirements, under the Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to operate their franchised business according to the most current version of the Manual. Zoomin Groomin reserves the right to modify the manual to account for competitive changes, technological advancements, legal requirements, and for continuous improvement of the system.
Zoomin Groomin franchisees must implement these changes as if they were in effect at the time the Franchise Agreement was signed. However, Zoomin Groomin states that revisions to the Manual will not unreasonably affect a franchisee's obligations, including economic requirements, under the agreement.
This clause ensures that Zoomin Groomin can adapt its operating system to keep pace with industry changes and improvements, while also providing some protection to the franchisee against changes that would create an unreasonable burden.
