Note 3: CRM Fee. You are required to utilize a customer relationship management ("CRM") system with scheduling functionality in the operation of your Franchised Business. Scheduling appointments is an essential part of your business. You will utilize an approved CRM vendor and if you do not pay their fee when due, we have the right to pay the fee on your behalf and collect the same from you. We also reserve the right to enter into an agreement directly with the current CRM vendor, or any other CRM vendor offering a substantially similar product, whereby we pay a negotiated fee directly to them and collect the same from you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use a customer relationship management (CRM) system with scheduling functionality. The current CRM fee is $69.00 per month. While typically paid to a third-party vendor, Zoomin Groomin reserves the right to collect this fee directly from the franchisee.
Zoomin Groomin has the right to pay the CRM fee on behalf of the franchisee if the franchisee fails to do so. If Zoomin Groomin pays the CRM fee, they have the right to collect that amount from the franchisee.
Zoomin Groomin also requires franchisees to participate in an electronic funds transfer program, authorizing them to use a pre-authorized bank draft system. This system is used for most fees payable to Zoomin Groomin. Therefore, it is highly likely that Zoomin Groomin would collect the CRM fee via electronic funds transfer if they pay it on behalf of the franchisee.
