B. Client Service
You must serve Clients in a professional and respectful businesslike manner diligently fulfilling your obligations to them when they desire to purchase your goods or services.
C. Products and Services
You must offer, sell, and perform only the products and services we have authorized (the "Approved Products and Services"). The Approved Products and Services may change from time to time during the Term of this Agreement or any Renewal to adjust for competitive changes, technological advancements, legal requirements, or continuous improvement. Any adjustment to the Approved Products and Services will be made in our sole judgment and disseminated through our Manual. Adjustments may be optional or may be required. We will provide you with reasonable notice before requiring you to offer new products and services. You may not offer or sell any products or perform any services that we have not approved.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Zoomin Groomin Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must offer, sell, and perform only the products and services that Zoomin Groomin has authorized. These "Approved Products and Services" may change over time to address competitive changes, technological advancements, legal requirements, or for continuous improvement.
Zoomin Groomin retains the sole judgment to make these adjustments, which will be communicated through their manual. These adjustments to approved products and services can be either optional or required. Zoomin Groomin will provide franchisees with reasonable notice before requiring them to offer new products and services.
Importantly, franchisees are prohibited from offering or selling any products or performing any services that Zoomin Groomin has not approved. During the term of the Franchise Agreement, franchisees are restricted from offering the approved products and services outside of a Zoomin Groomin Franchised Business within the United States and its territories.
