What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the current Technology Fee is $10 per week. This fee is intended to reimburse Zoomin Groomin for expenses related to providing franchisees with an email address and maintaining web-based systems that serve as a resource for the franchises. The Technology Fee is payable weekly, in the same manner as the Royalty Fee.
Zoomin Groomin retains the right to increase the Technology Fee as technology advances and the cost of providing the technology increases. However, the Technology Fee will not exceed $30 per week. This fee is in addition to the CRM Fee, which is a separate fee for a customer relationship management system.
It is important to note that all fees listed in the FDD are uniformly imposed and payable to Zoomin Groomin unless otherwise noted, and are nonrefundable. Franchisees must participate in Zoomin Groomin's electronic funds transfer program, which authorizes Zoomin Groomin to utilize a pre-authorized bank draft system.
