B. Renewal and Subsequent Renewals
Upon the completion of the Term, or a renewal term as the case may be, if you are in compliance with this Agreement and meet other conditions for renewal, you may enter into a new contract, on the then current form of the Franchise Agreement. We will neither change your Territory nor Royalty rate in your renewals. The current form will not contain any changes of a material nature without your consent. If you wish to renew this Agreement, you must: notify us in writing at least 90 days before the expiration of this Agreement; and execute a general release of all claims you may have against us in our then current form.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Zoomin Groomin Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may be eligible to enter into a new contract upon completion of the current term, or a renewal term. To be eligible, the franchisee must be in compliance with the existing agreement and meet other conditions for renewal.
To renew the agreement, the franchisee must provide written notification to Zoomin Groomin at least 90 days before the expiration of the current agreement. Additionally, the franchisee must execute a general release of all claims against Zoomin Groomin, using the then-current form provided by the company.
Zoomin Groomin also states that the territory and royalty rate will not change during renewals. The new franchise agreement will not contain any changes of a material nature without the franchisee's consent.
