Besides the initial franchise fee, what other fees is a Zoomin Groomin franchisee obligated to pay?

The terms of the Company's franchise agreement will be as follows:
B. The franchisee is obligated to pay a non-refundable initial franchise fee.
C. The franchisee is obligated to pay a monthly royalty fee and other fees as outlined in the agreement. You will contribute 2% of your Gross Revenues into our Advertising Fund. Should you (i) provide Services or otherwise operate your Franchised Business in another franchisee's territory or (ii) fail to strictly comply with Section 1.3 (C) within fifteen (15) days after being advised that our permission to provide Services or otherwise operate the Franchised Business outside the Territory is revoked because a new franchisee purchased certain rights, then you will pay to the franchisee in whose territory such Services were provided an amount equal to 100% of all grooming and convenience fees charged. Furthermore, you must notify such franchisee who has rights in such territory and provide payment to them within ten (10) days of receipt of payment by you. Upon expiration or termination of the Agreement for any reason, Franchisee will pay all amounts owed in connection with the Listings, and to immediately at Franchisor's request,
A. take any other action as may be necessary to transfer the Listings to Franchisor or Franchisor's designated agent,
B. install and maintain, at Franchisee's sole expense, an intercept message, in a form and manner acceptable to Franchisor on any or all of the Listings;
C. disconnect the Listings; and/or

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are obligated to pay several fees in addition to the initial franchise fee. These include a monthly royalty fee, as well as other fees outlined in the franchise agreement. Zoomin Groomin franchisees must also contribute 2% of their gross revenues to the Advertising Fund.
Additionally, if a Zoomin Groomin franchisee operates outside of their designated territory without permission and within another franchisee's territory, they are required to pay the affected franchisee 100% of all grooming and convenience fees charged. This payment must be made within ten days of receiving payment for the services.
Furthermore, upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee is responsible for paying all amounts owed in connection with their telephone and internet listings. They must also take necessary actions to transfer these listings to Zoomin Groomin, which may include installing intercept messages or disconnecting the listings at the franchisee's own expense.
