We began offering franchises in April 2021. We began offering Area Representative Franchises pursuant to another Franchise Disclosure Document in April 2021. As of December 31, 2024, we had 46 Area Representatives.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Zoomin Groomin's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company began offering Area Representative franchises in April 2021. The FDD also indicates that as of December 31, 2024, there were 46 Area Representatives operating within the Zoomin Groomin franchise system.
It is important to note that Zoomin Groomin offers Area Representative franchise opportunities through a separate Franchise Disclosure Document. These representatives are responsible for recruiting and supporting unit franchisees, and in return, they receive a portion of the initial franchise fee and ongoing royalties. However, Area Representatives do not have management responsibility related to the franchise, except for those individuals specifically identified in Item 2 of the FDD.
Zoomin Groomin also has several affiliates that offer Area Representative franchise opportunities, including ATAX LLC, Cooper's Scoopers LLC, Loyalty Brokers LLC, Loyalty Business Services LLC, Purely Pet LLC, Tectum Franchising LLC, and The Inspection Boys Franchise USA LLC. These affiliates operate in various industries, such as tax services, pet waste management, business brokerage, compliance and tax services, pet salons, roofing and remodeling, and inspection services. Each affiliate began offering franchises, including Area Representative franchises, at different times, as detailed in Item 1 of the 2025 FDD.
