This compliance extends to all forms of advertising and promotional materials that a Zoomin Groomin franchisee might use. This includes online advertising, print ads, and any other promotional activities. Franchisees must ensure that their advertising is not misleading, deceptive, or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Zoomin Groomin also requires that franchisees use the franchisor's advertising templates or, if they wish to use their own materials, submit them for approval. The franchisor must approve these materials in writing, and they must conform to the operations manual and adhere to all applicable laws. If written approval is not received within fourteen days of the request, the material is considered disapproved. This process helps maintain brand consistency and ensures legal compliance across all franchise locations.
