What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the veteran's discount on the initial franchise fee is not applicable to every franchise purchased. Stretch Zone offers a discount to honorably discharged veterans who meet their qualifications, but this discount only applies to the veteran's first Stretch Zone franchise.
The standard initial franchise fee for a Stretch Zone business is $59,500. However, qualified veterans purchasing their first franchise receive a 10% discount, which amounts to $5,950. This reduces the initial franchise fee for their first location to $53,550.
This policy is fairly common in the franchise industry, as many franchisors offer incentives to veterans for their initial investment but do not extend the discount to subsequent franchise purchases. Prospective Stretch Zone franchisees who are veterans should factor this into their financial planning if they intend to open multiple locations.
