What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, vacancies in any office of the DMA Cooperative due to death, resignation, removal, disqualification, or other reasons, can be filled by the Members of the DMA Cooperative. The replacement will serve for the unexpired portion of the term.

The DMA Cooperative's officers include a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, all elected by the Members. The term of office for each officer is one year, with officers holding their positions until a successor is elected and qualified, or until death, resignation, or removal.

Members have the power to remove any officer if they believe it is in the best interest of the DMA Cooperative. However, such removal does not affect any contract rights the removed person may have. This structure ensures that the DMA Cooperative can continue to function effectively even if an officer leaves their position unexpectedly.
