Cost of the Computer System. The cost of the Computer System ranges from $1,850 to $2,699.
Ongoing Maintenance, Repairs, Upgrades or Updates. We are not obligated to provide you with ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades or updates. You must make periodic upgrades and updates to the Computer System's software that we require for your Franchise Business. There are no contractual limitations on the frequency and cost of this requirement.

According to Stretch Zone's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Stretch Zone University is a required software. Franchisees must use Stretch Zone University to book the six distinct mandatory training programs.
Stretch Zone requires franchisees to use specific software as part of their computer system. The required software includes Club Ready, QuickBooks Online, Internet Service Provider software, Business e-mail account, Career Plug, ADP, KnetK, Stretch Net, Factor 4, Predictive Index, Canva, Perkville, Microsoft Office 365, and Stretch Zone University, which is Stretch Zone's learning management software.
Initial practitioner candidates will attend a virtual Stretch Practitioner Training Program via Stretch Zone University as a prerequisite to the two-day in-person Stretch Training. Additionally, Sales Associates will attend a virtual Sales Associate Training Program via Stretch Zone University prior to the opening. Virtual Front Desk Training is also provided virtually via Stretch Zone University.
