What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Stretch Zone FDD, to provide the Approved Services at a Stretch Zone franchise, individuals must complete the Stretch Practitioner Training Program. This program is proprietary to Stretch Zone. Individuals who successfully complete this program are designated as Certified Stretch Zone Practitioners.
At least one Certified Stretch Zone Practitioner must be present at the franchise location during all operating hours to deliver the Approved Services. This requirement ensures that all stretching services are provided by trained and certified personnel, maintaining a standard of quality and safety.
Stretch Zone provides the Stretch Practitioner Training Program to the initial practitioners as part of the Initial On-Site Training Program, which is detailed in Item 11 of the FDD. Franchisees should refer to Item 11 for a comprehensive overview of the training program's content, duration, and any associated costs.
